    Q2: WHAT ARE THE STEPS TO REAL ESTAGING A HOME?
                     1.  A Real Estaging Services Specialist visits a property.  During that visit they  perform a Home                            Evaluation and later present different Real Estaging solutions for the seller's consideration.
                     2.   The listing Agent, Seller & Services Specialist agree on the real-estaging date.
                     3.  A Real Estaging Property Stylist plans a thorough "Style-to-Sell Staging Strategy"
and our Property                            Styling Team visits the Seller's property and real-estages it in typically 1-4 days.
                     4.   The Listing Agent markets, shows and sells the real-estaged property!
                     5.   Prior to closing, Real Estaging's props are removed.
 

    Q3:  WHAT DOES REAL ESTAGING COST?
                     Pricing typically begins at $300.  The more services needed and                      provided by Real Estaging, the higher the cost.  It is important                      to note that our property styling services and "loan" of props                      are rolled into one flat fee for our Rearrange, Enhance, and                      Furnish service levels.

        Q4:  WHO PAYS THE STAGING FEE?
                     Normally, the Home Seller pays for our services.  Our clients often                      report that they actually save money, or make money, by using                      our  services.  Therefore,  our  fees  are  typically  covered  in  the                      increase in the home's listing price.

    Q5:  WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT SERVICE LEVELS?
                     1.  CONSULT / REPORT*:  Preparation of a custom tailored Do-                            To-Sell Report for the home-seller's use to best prepare their                            own property for showing and sale.
                     2. REARRANGE*:  Our Styling Team transforms the property                            working only with the sellers existing furniture, art, and                            accessories to achieve the best sales impact possible.
                     3. ENHANCE*:  Includes all the above, plus Real Estaging                            adds decorative "props" and/or furniture to create the                            desired effect.
                     4.  FURNISH:  Complete furnishing and decorating of a home                            seller's vacant property.
                     5.  MODEL: Plan, design, furnish and decorate a developer                            / builder's model unit.
